Small Business Week

ACCA is the global body for professional accountants. In the UK, we have approximately 57,000 qualified members, many of whom offer expert business advice and accounting services to start-up, growing and SME organisations. Enlisting the services of a qualified accountant helps a business to consider growth prospects, potential funding options, appropriate tax planning as well as the filing of annual accounts. As business advisers they can help in many other areas such as business administration, employment law etc.
By working with an ACCA accountant, you can be confident that our members are best placed to offer this advice. ACCA monitors its members to ensure that high standards are maintained and provides its members with extensive resources to enable them to offer the best possible service to start-up and small businesses.
Finding an ACCA accountant is easy. Click on the Find an Accountant link on the left, and search for a professionally qualified accountant by region or business or technical specialism. You can also search for SME funding advisers.
ACCA is working with BT on the Small Business Week to ensure all businesses know where to go for the right advice and support. For more information on the activity taking place 13-17 October, visit the Small Business Week 2008
