This session will:

  • Consider the role of risk evaluation, look at significant threats to small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs) and how resilience can be achieved through effective business continuity planning
  • Address the concern that during a recession no action will be taken to mitigate threats due to budget constraints with resultant compromise of organisational resilience
  • Provide real examples of how Teed's clients have minimised BC implementation costs
  • Introduce examples of how a diverse range of threats (e.g supply chain, people, market, financial etc.) can be considered
